Esther 3:1–14 – Through God’s providential unfolding of His Word, we see how events found in Exodus 17 and 1 Samuel 15 will be culminated in the book of Esther.

Esther 2 – Our heavenly Father is omnipotent (all-powerful) and omniscient (all-knowing). He works though flawed people to accomplish His good and perfect will.

Esther 1:1-22 – Despite the great power and wealth of the Persian Empire, God’s plan for his people will be accomplished.

Building upon God’s promises found in the Old Testament, Esther shows how God’s promise of a Rescuer and plans for his people will not be thwarted by earthly empires.
